Our treatment protocol combines ketamine with integration. Adding integration to your ketamine treatment allows you to
maximize the effects of the medicine. This combination empowers you to permanently change the negative belief systems impacting your mood and holding you back from your greatest potential.
Your healing journey begins before your first session and will extend beyond your last. We approach your healing holistically and will help you prepare your mind, body, and soul to receive the medicine.

What is Integration?
Ketamine Treatment Process:

Up to Six ketamine treatment sessions- Each session lasts approximately 2 hours, with one hour for the ketamine experience and one hour for post-integration and therapeutic coaching.

Weekly assignments- You can continue independent processing and integration work at home.
Post-Treatment Process:

One follow-up visit- This will happen 30 days after the conclusion of ketamine sessions and includes a 1-hour individual coaching session.

You will have lifetime access to groups- Join with others to share experiences and continue to connect and grow together, even after treatment is complete.

Pre-Treatment Process:

Medical and Psychiatric Assessment- One of our certified Nurse Practitioners will meet with you to ensure that ketamine is a safe and beneficial treatment fitting your unique needs

1-hour Individual Coaching Session- Your provider will meet with you to answer your questions and prepare you for your first sessions.

WholeMind Holistic Treatment Support Protocol- This protocol will help prepare your mind, body, and soul for ketamine and integration.
What to Expect
WholeMind's Ketamine Protocol
WholeMind's approach to your ketamine sessions focuses on creating the optimal environment for you to heal in. Due to ketamine's unique psychedelic-like properties, we will design a treatment protocol that is comfortable but still effective. The psychedelic experience can be profound and fertile ground for your insights and integration.
We will work with you to optimize your ketamine dose to reach maximum benefits while also allowing you a chance to adjust to the potentially new experience.
WholeMind administers ketamine by intramuscular (IM) injection, given in the upper arm, as opposed to the more typical intravenous (IV) route. IM ketamine allows for a more natural experience, both during and after the medicine, without being attached to an IV pump and tubing.
Your transition from the ketamine experience to your integration session will flow naturally, without the need to adjust the IV pump or discontinue your IV. IM administration reduces risk of complication compared with IV administration.
