Paul Neil Owner of WholeMind Healing Pathways

Paul Neil, RN, MSN
Co-Owner, Integration Coach

Paul, born in Phoenix, Arizona, spent his childhood in Saudi Arabia, where his father worked in the oil industry. After returning to Arizona at age 12, he graduated high school in Chino Valley and pursued his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northern Arizona University, graduating in 2012. Following graduation, Paul began his career working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital for adolescents and adults in Utah.

Returning to Arizona in 2013, Paul worked at the West Yavapai Guidance Clinic inpatient hospital and the Prescott VA's residential mental health program. While serving at the Prescott VA hospital, Paul earned his Master of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel University. Paul served as a nurse manager throughout the COVID-19 pandemic before transitioning into the role of mental health nurse educator.

Paul's dedication to caring for individuals with mental health struggles was inspired by the loss of his brother to suicide in 2012. This tragedy, along with his own significant struggles with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, are the driving forces for his passion for mental health.

Paul's dedication to healing our community led to the founding of WholeMind Healing Pathways, where he continues to advocate for holistic and evidenced-based approaches to mental wellness.

Jasmine Baker Owner of WholeMind Healing Pathways

Jasmine Baker, RN, MSN, RN-BC

Co-Owner, Integration Coach

Jasmine is a fourth-generation Arizonan, born in Payson, Arizona, and relocating to Prescott with her family at the age of 11. Jasmine graduated from Yavapai College in 2012, earning her RN and placing in the top 1% of nursing students in the US with her exit-HESI scores. Jasmine received multiple scholarships and awards, including Yavapai College's Excellence in Leadership and Nursing Award.

Upon graduation, Jasmine began working with pregnant and parenting teens in our local community, a role she loved and continued until the program lost grant funding. In 2014, Jasmine was one of 75 students selected nationally to receive the Jack Kent Cooke scholarship. This prestigious scholarship paid up to $30,000 in university tuition for two years and allowed her to continue her education while a single mom.

Jasmine graduated from Grand Canyon University with her Bachelor of Science in nursing in 2015 and began working as a mental health RN in the VA, transitioning to management for several years before starting a ketamine clinic in her local community. Jasmine attained her Master of Science in nursing from Western Governors University in 2021 and is a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health RN, maintaining this certification for over five years.

Jasmine has professional and personal experience in mental health, having been diagnosed in the past with Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD as a survivor of trauma. Jasmine found significant healing in our local area and is passionate about giving back to our community and helping others struggling with similar concerns. Jasmine loves trail running, hiking, backpacking, and spending time with friends and family in her free time.

Rachel Sanchez

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Rachel Sanchez, APRN-BC, PMHNP, and DNP, has dual degrees as a board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. Rachel attained her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Arizona State University, her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt University, and then her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Rachel has had the opportunity to work in many areas of healthcare, as she changed locations frequently due to her husband’s career in the Army. Rachel worked with patients in end-stage renal disease, inpatient and outpatient dialysis, taught peritoneal dialysis, and was a transfer coordinator for a kidney transplant unit. Further, Rachel worked as a Nurse Practitioner for the Army for 14 years, then began working at the VA in Phoenix, and after 18 months, transferred up to the Prescott VA for another five years.

Though she immensely enjoyed being stationed in places worldwide, particularly Europe, after 18 years of service in the Army, Rachel’s husband retired and wanted to return to his native home in Arizona. Rachel and her husband now enjoy being close to their extended family. Rachel is passionate about working in mental health because she loves seeing the changes that happen to her patients. She greatly appreciates witnessing the impact of treatment on people’s lives every day.
